I’ve done gigs without drums for over 6 months now. And finally, my old drummer has agreed to do it with me! So, I can do it without drums, because thats how it’s always been, but I would love to do it without drums, because it’s new and showcases my songs a lot better!

If that is your decision, I can only accept it, but whether or not you are a “loud” or “bigger” performer than me, sound like Amanda or if you’re a woman shouldn’t alter your performance. Your performance will be up to you, and how greatly you perform, not by how much you sound like Amanda or the fact that you are a woman.

I just feel like we should be helping each other out here. I mean, I asked if you could put my name in the FB event title just so my fans would see that I will also be a part of the night, and you told me no and now that I can better my sound, you are also declining it. I just feel that if we help each other out (me = bringing YOU new fans (being the majority of the people that clicked attending on the FB event page)) you can help me out by bringing ME new fans (ie-yours)

I really feel like you are tampering on my artistic vision and expression. I know what you are saying, but the reasons for not allowing me to have my drummer you gave me are things that are out of my control. I mean, you chose me to support you, so you must’ve known what genre / sound I was. 

I have to admit. I think you’re being a little unreasonable and unfair. But it’s your gig.
